Policy Statement

Semultra has a zero tolerence policy for spam or unsolicited emails. Semultra does not send unsolicited emails or engage in deceptive email uses or practices such as misleading subject lines or addresses.

Opt-In Opt-Out

The Semultra Newsletter is an Opt-In only subscription based newsletter. each newsletter sent features an option for opting out of the subscription at an any time should the user wish to do so. Once a subscriber opts out of the subscription service that user;s email address and information is deleted from the subscriber lsit permanently.

Terms of Use

Clients utilizing Semultra's services and products agree to obide by Semultra's anti-spam policy

Mass mailings to purchased mailing lists is unacceptable. Opt-in subscription lists with clearly marked Opt-Out feature are the only acceptable form of mailing list.

Semultra does not encourage deceptive practices in email marketing to its clients. Semultra warns all clients when purchasing services that if they are found to participate in illegal spamming activities they will be subject to the imediate loss of Semultra services without refund or reinbursement and may be subject to legal action.

Semultra requires that any commercial email be identified as an advertisement and include the sender's valid physical postal address. All Commericial email messages must contain a clear and obcious notice that the message is an advertisement or solicitation and that the recipient can readily opt out of receiving more commercial email.

Reporting Spam

If you believe that you have received spam from Semultra's online facilities,or that a client of Semultra has engaged in illegal spamming activities send a complaint from your email account along with the unsolicited email to us.

Semultra complies with the regulations described in the Australian
Anti-Spam Act 2003

Semultra complies with the US Federal Trade Commision's Anti Spam Regulations and codes of conduct.
